Keeping the same names and statuses makes imports, reporting and later migrations easier.

How to use it
- Download the ZIP and open the workbook or
csv/invoices.csv. - Read the field dictionary and status model.
- Walk the seven test cases against the sample rows.
- Import the CSVs into the tool you already use.

Limits
- The pack does not extract data from invoice PDFs.
- It does not create a QuickBooks or Xero draft.
- It is not a certified AP approval product.
- It does not pay anyone.
- Google Sheets protected ranges are not a security control.
- Airtable attachment download URLs expire and are not a public file store.
- Notion version-history depth depends on the plan.
All buyers, suppliers, people, GST/HST numbers, and destination ids are fictional.
When the register is no longer enough
