Client work, with the measurement behind every result.
These are approved client case studies. Client names are withheld by agreement, so we publish the industry descriptor, the workflow, the baseline, what the system does, which decisions stayed with people, and how the result was measured.
Each case study also states what the result does not claim, because engagement numbers are not revenue numbers.
Approved case studies
- Multi-ICP outbound campaigns for U.S. manufacturers: a repeatable cold-email campaign system for a Canadian B2B consulting platform. Campaign-platform reporting recorded more than 70% opens and 30% to 40% clicks across multiple ICPs and manufacturing sectors.
- Advertising lead intelligence engine: a discovery and enrichment system for a Canadian advertising intelligence company that produced thousands of previously untapped leads with full contact information and campaigns prepared for execution.
The documents that carry an engagement.
- Current-state workflow map: steps, owners, systems, handoffs, delays, and exceptions as they exist today.
- Opportunity assessment: frequency, effort, error exposure, feasibility, and estimated annual cost of the current process.
- Future-state design: what software handles, what a person decides, and where work escalates.
- Acceptance criteria: the normal, edge, and failure cases the system must pass before launch.
- Operating documentation: how the system runs, what can break, and who to contact.
- Post-launch review: results compared against the baseline recorded at the start.
Every number here has a source.
Each case study carries a proof record naming the baseline, the measurement method, the date the result was confirmed, and the limits of the claim. Client names are withheld by agreement and no testimonial, revenue, or booked-meeting claims are published without approved measurement.
