n8n workflows by business and job
Find n8n templates and proposed builds for 14 business types. Choose a job, compare the fit and plan a workflow your team can review.
Start with one recurring task
If your team copies information between an inbox, a spreadsheet and a business system, n8n can connect those steps. The first useful build usually has a clear trigger, a stable record identifier and an owner who can review the result. Choose a task you can demonstrate with a recent example, then define the result you expect.
This directory contains 344 research entries across 14 business types: 262 template entries and 82 proposed custom designs. The templates point to 255 distinct publisher URLs because some fit more than one business. Availability labels reflect our October 13, 2026 check. A template link and API metadata check establish that the example exists; they do not establish that it works with your credentials, account region or current app versions.

What a template gives you
A community template provides a starting structure and a publisher's setup instructions. Review its nodes, credentials, third-party services and outbound actions before importing it into a test environment. A template advertised as free may still use paid hosting, model APIs or connected services. Paid templates have a separate label here.
The custom designs describe gaps in the supplied research. They are proposed builds, not finished products, and this research does not prove that no similar template exists elsewhere. Three Ontario guides cover clearance records, construction-payment tracking and LTB records and deadline review using professionally confirmed inputs.

Decide where review belongs
A workflow can prepare a request, draft a message or assemble a source-linked exception list. A named person approves the steps that commit money, contact clients or change important records. For legal, clinical, hiring and financial work, the professional decision stays with the qualified reviewer.
Plan a small pilot
Write down the trigger, source system, identifier, expected output and reviewer. Test a normal record, a missing field, a duplicate trigger and a failed destination. Keep an exception queue and alert its owner. Retries must reuse the original identifier so they cannot create another invoice, task or customer message.
If your job is mainly document preparation rather than moving data between applications, compare the Grok Bot team guides. For a connected implementation, see AI automation systems. Bring one example to discuss your n8n workflow.

Frequently asked questions
Are these ready to use with my accounts?
Templates need credentials, field mapping, access checks and testing in your environment. Some publisher templates are paid, and hosting and connected services may have their own costs.
What does a custom build concept mean?
It is a proposed workflow design drawn from a business pain point, not a working automation or a download from n8n. Flowgrammer would confirm the inputs, reviewer and acceptance test before building it.
Can Flowgrammer help with implementation?
Yes. Bring one recurring task, the systems involved and an example with sensitive details removed to a fit call. We will discuss the smallest useful workflow and the approvals it needs.
