Flowgrammer

From an empty target pool to thousands of campaign-ready leads

A Canadian advertising intelligence company needed a larger, more useful prospect pool. Finding companies was only the first step. The business-development team also needed complete contact information, organized records, and campaigns it could review and run.

The workflow

The system had to discover prospects outside the existing target pool, collect usable contact details, structure each record for outreach, and prepare campaigns around the resulting audiences.

The baseline for the new pool was zero campaign-ready records before the first engine run. That baseline applies only to the newly targeted database created for this project. It does not suggest the client had no contacts or leads elsewhere.

What Flowgrammer built

  • Discovered companies outside the client's existing prospect pool.
  • Added full contact information to the new lead records.
  • Organized prospects so the business-development team could review and use them.
  • Prepared campaign structures around the identified audiences.
  • Created a repeatable process for expanding the pool rather than relying on a one-time list purchase.

What stayed human

The client's team chose the markets worth pursuing, reviewed whether each audience fit the business, approved campaign direction, handled conversations, and made every qualification and sales decision.

The engine expanded and prepared the opportunity set. People decided where to focus and how to build the relationship.

The measured result

The delivered system produced thousands of previously untapped leads with full contact information and campaigns prepared for execution.

The result was measured using database record counts, contact-field completeness, and the campaign assets created in the system. Craig Major confirmed the result on August 16, 2026.

This case study does not claim a specific number of replies, meetings, opportunities, or sales. Those downstream outcomes require separate campaign and CRM reporting.

Why it matters

The client gained a reusable lead-discovery capability and a much larger campaign-ready prospect pool. The system handled repetitive discovery and preparation while the business-development team retained market judgment, qualification, and sales conversations.
