What the workbook contains
- Define the Meeting Job and Permission Boundary
- Create Reusable Business and Meeting Context
- Resolve the Meeting, People, and Evidence
- Research Selectively and Safely
- Build the Pre-Meeting Brief
- Capture Decisions and Commitments
- Create and Review the Follow-Up
- Test Continuity, Privacy, and Handoff
Each section gives you fields for the decision, source, owner, privacy class, test result, exception, and next action required by its matching lesson. The final pages combine those records into the capstone and acceptance review.
How to use it
Choose one meeting type and complete the matching workbook section after each lesson. Keep source links or record identifiers beside factual statements. Separate verified facts, attendee statements, suggestions, decisions, commitments, and unknowns. Never fill in an owner or deadline from context alone. When a privacy, identity, or continuity test fails, preserve the result, record the repair, and rerun the affected case.
Review the brief and follow-up pack with the person authorized to approve external communication. A polished draft is not enough: the source ledger, permission boundary, decision record, and human approval must agree with the course acceptance criteria before anything is sent.
Important boundaries
The workbook is a planning and testing aid. It does not prove production readiness, legal compliance, provider availability, security approval, meeting accuracy, or business results. It does not authorize recording, private-data access, external sending, calendar writes, publishing, or deployment. Those actions require current evidence, participant permissions, and separate approval.
Use the fictional examples only to learn the method. Replace them with permitted real or sanitized evidence before making a business decision.
