What you will work towards
Work through this course to prepare a sourced meeting brief and a reviewed follow-up draft. The curriculum takes you through a permission boundary, reusable context, pre-meeting brief, decision record and follow-up review.
Start with one meeting purpose, permitted context and an approved evidence source. Use synthetic information while learning when permission to use live records is unresolved.
A practical case to carry through the lessons
An agenda can suggest a decision, but only the meeting record can establish that the participants made it. Keep proposed actions separate from actual commitments.
Test an ambiguous participant, an outdated source and notes that contain no final decision. The agent should show the gap rather than invent agreement.
How to know the work is ready for review
Before calling the exercise complete, check that the reviewer can trace a statement, correct a commitment and approve the final message before sending.
