How to use it
Start with one bounded business decision and a small competitor set. Complete the matching workbook section after each lesson rather than filling the document from memory at the end. Keep source links, retrieval dates, and evidence excerpts beside every factual claim. Label assumptions, unknowns, and fictional fixtures clearly. When a change-detection test fails, preserve the failed result, record the repair, and run the affected case again.
Review the completed pack with the person who owns the monitoring decision. A polished report is not enough: coverage, failed source lanes, meaningful-change rules, human review, and the next watch must agree with the course acceptance criteria.
Important boundaries
