Live sheets may use TODAY() for operational day counts only. Packaged samples stay on Config as_of. Automated triggers Pro 250/month and Business and above Unlimited are mutable. Cite plan categories and recheck on publish day. There is no native unique constraint. Permissions, Guests, Contributors, Activity Log, cell history, and Regions are not certification. This download is original sheet-import assets. It is not a Solution Center / Marketplace listing. Tenant- or plan-dependent behavior is needs_live_proof. No live Smartsheet sheet was created.

How to start
- Read Setup and acknowledge the legal-boundary, TODAY refresh, Pro trigger-cap, Proofing, and no-marketplace caveats.
- Create the sheet from the column recipe, or import
csv/register-import.csv. - Leave Config
as_of_dateat 8 September 2026 while you walk Case01 through Case07. - Confirm case 3 blocks a renewal decision and case 7 does not auto-renew.
