How to start

  1. In Google Sheets choose File > Import and select the XLSX.
  2. Read Instructions and acknowledge the legal-boundary and protection caveats.
  3. Leave Instructions!B4 at 8 September 2026 while you walk Case01 through Case07.
  4. Confirm case 3 blocks a renewal decision and case 7 does not auto-renew.
