Flowgrammer

A 30 minute conversation about one workflow.

This is a working fit call. We will ask what happens now, who owns the outcome, what the friction costs, and what you have already tried. If a process change or a tool you own is enough, we will say so.

The call should end with one of four answers: fix the process first, run an AI Success Audit, scope an AI Automation System, or discuss Fractional CAO leadership.

A useful call needs

  • One business process or group of related workflows.
  • The person accountable for the result.
  • A rough sense of volume, delay, cost, or capacity pressure.
  • Any deadline or constraint that changes the decision.

What we will work through

We will map the trigger, the people involved, the systems they use, the repeated work, and the exceptions that slow the process down. We will also ask what a successful change would improve: time, capacity, response speed, data quality, or a commercial result.

You do not need a finished requirements document. Bring the workflow as it operates today. If Flowgrammer is a fit, we will recommend the smallest sensible engagement and explain what it produces. If another step should happen first, you will leave with that recommendation instead.
